Even though Brian's students are ready for summer, they took the time to draw him this wonderful picture.

Tiiiiiiimmberr!!!

Brian had the day off work on Friday so he had planned to sleep in.  HOWEVER, at 6:00am we heard two HUGE booms ( Brian said it was a cannon).

Then two helicopters started circling the block for the next HOUR.  Apparently a HUGE tree had fallen on some power lines and two cars on the end if our block. Fortunately Brian's car happens to be parked out of reach. 

Spring Break!

It's spring break and we didn't waste any time before packing up and driving down the coast!

Santa Barbara!

Brian took a trip down to Santa Barbara, California this spring to enjoy a little sunshine with some of his designer friends! The only problem was that it was difficult to go back home to rain and cold.

Threadless Launch Party

Brian was recently thrown a launch party in Portland for a collection of t-shirts he designed. He did a live drawing that was raffled off at the end of the night!

Catching up!

So much has happened since this summer!  Renee went home and built this coffee table with her dad in Michigan!...

...Brian's mom and dad came to visit and we went hiking in the Columbia River Gorge...

....We found out that Brian's mom, Janet, is not afraid of heights...

...We had a wonderful Thanksgiving!  Thanks to all who sent us cards :)...

Our buddy Roman sent us some trendy socks from Korea!...

And Renee had a birthday!...her presents barely fit on the new coffee table!...time to make a new one?
