School Assemblies

Brian's strategy during school assemblies is to wait until everyone is seated and then go squeeze between the most troublesome kids to try and keep the order. Not always an easy task in middle school. This photo was snapped of Brian and some of his new "friends" by another teacher.

Movin' on Up!

As some of you have heard, Renee recently moved to a new studio in her buidling - thus doubling the size of her previous studio. We built the "wall" in this photo using old doors (one which was free, the other we bought for $1).



This is the main lounge.

Brian's Been Busy!

As some of you know, Brian has been accepted into the graduate illustration program at Savannah College of Art and Design. Recently (in his free time - haha!) he has been working on drawings for one of his classes - we thought you might want to peek at one!

Happy 2011 everyone! Hope you all had a great holiday season, we certainly had a blast celebrating it with you! Sorry for the lack of posting recently, we are working hard to update more frequently with shorter posts in hopes that we can keep you all up more regularly!

Renee's mother was visiting for thanksgiving and we somehow convinced her to wake up early and help Renee prep the turkey!



Olive needed no convincing to get up early and "help" out in the kitchen.



Thanks to Renee and Ingrid the Thanksgiving spread was a full one.

After Thanksgiving we had a small friend of Olive come to stay with us. Ben turned out to be an even more avid cuddler than our little Olive did!
